Paediatric Orthotics

When it comes to getting any sort of medical treatment for your child the importance of getting it right and feeling understood is so important.

My experience in leading the paediatric orthotic service at Nottingham University Hospital for many years has enabled me to gain huge amounts of knowledge and experience, and being a mother myself has given me understanding that is so necessary for successful treatment.

I can offer one off treatments for an acute problem or whilst you are waiting for NHS care. I also plan longer term intervention for those with longer term needs or case managed children, and currently work closely with a number of private paediatric physiotherapists in the area.

With my orthotic knowledge base of traditional splinting, insoles and footwear as well as newly acquired FES and dynamic lycra training I am able to offer most options that are currently available.

Assessments and appointments can be undertaken within one of my clinics, at home or within school.
